Yes. Open Account Settings, select Privacy & Security, then Data Download. You'll get a full record of your profile, login history, deposit transactions and gameplay session dates. Download runs instantly; email copies arrive within 24 hours. Players in Makassar and across Indonesia can request this at any time.

Deposit and withdrawal transaction records (dates, amounts, payment method used) are kept for 3 years to comply with Indonesian tax law and dispute resolution. Gameplay records are retained for 12 months. After those periods, they are securely deleted unless local law requires longer storage.
